Returns policy and warranties

All returns must be postmarked within seven 14 days (UK) or 30 (International) of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please do not make a purchase on our store for temporary use or to test without the intent on keeping it afterwards. This causes unnecessary issues for KSEC and other customers, including a lack of stock for genuine customers. To avoid any problematic situations or misuse of products sold by us, contact KSEC support for pre-sales advice or to enquire about renting equipment or test devices.

We want to sell the right tool, for the right job, to the right people and offer a pleasant purchasing experience. If you’re unsure if a product is the right tool, then speak to us we’re happy to help you make the right choice.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email complete our Returns Request or RMA Form. Ensure the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the address provided by customer support.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed faulty by our diagnostics or manufacture. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note all shipping and postage fees are non-refundable unless the item was proven to be defective on arrival.

EXCEPTIONS    

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or one of fees cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Gift cards   

     ●     Downloadable software products   

     ●     Some health and personal care items   

     ●     Any pre-sterilised microchip implants (Flex, x-series, etc)   

     ●     Any sterilization bags or sterilized items   

     ●     Booking or installation charges and fees   

     ●     Any opened or damaged items that are not fit for resale   

For defective or damaged products, please complete our Returns Request to arrange a refund or exchange.
